Brass (fake gold) -- perceptual, view from outside
Companies need to create positive medal values to excel. Decisions made should be purposeful for the advancement of the company (SILVER); supported by improvement in product/service quality (STEEL) and promotion of human values of employees and customers (GOLD); and built on creative innovation (GLASS), benefit surrounding environment (WOOD) and generate positive public perception (BRASS).
