Leave your mind behind

leave your mind behind

- focus on the senses
- observe your thoughts to know whether u are in the past, present or future
- observe yourself judging people, articles, issues
- judgements aren't reality but your mind thinks they are
- distinguish between worrying and planning; planning and fortune telling
- learning from the past versus stuck in the past
- how do your thoughts serve u?
- what we think, we believe; what we believe becomes our reality; our reality becomes the basis of our hopes, fears and choices; what we choose becomes our life
- are your behaviour working for you?
- you can notice all the thoughts that come to you and then make the decision that is good for you, recognizing that the decision might not necessary agrees with all the thoughts
- you are not your thoughts
- you are your actions
- don't avoid any thought, bring it in for observation
- observe, not judge
- what is my mind trying to keep me from doing?
- get those monster thoughts that are blocking your way to climb on the bus you are driving; observe what they have to say as you drive the bus towards your intended goal
